The Geauga Fresh Farmers Market Annual Pre-Season Plant Sale

Saturdays, May 24 and 31, 2008

9:00AM - 1:00PM

Vegetable and flowering plants, spring produce and salad greens, hanging baskets, cut flowers, honey, cheese, meat, baked goods, soaps and lotions, and other seasonal produce and crafts. Master Gardeners will be on hand to provide demonstrations and answer questions about growing seedlings and vegetables.

The Geauga Fresh Farmers Market opens its regular season on Saturday, June 7, 2008. The market will be open Saturdays, rain or shine, 9:00AM - 1:00PM until early October.

The market is located in the South Russell Village parking lot at Rt. 306 and Bell St.

Special Events in 2008 include the popular Tomato Tasting Contest on August 23 and the Salsa Tasting Contest on September 6. Market members and customers are encouraged to enter!
